In France, delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point is free; home delivery with Colissimo is €8. In the European Union, pick-up point delivery is €4 and home delivery is €12. United Kingdom: €29, and free for orders of €600 or more. United States: $25, and free for orders of $500 or more. Other international destinations: €29, and free for orders of €600 or more.

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, and returns are free. Items must be unworn, with their tags and in their original packaging. For an exchange, return your item and place a new order for the piece you would like.

Within the European Union, all taxes are included in the price. For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery. For other destinations outside the European Union, any duties and taxes are paid to the carrier on delivery.
