SHIPPING RATES
- France: free delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point. Home delivery with Colissimo: €8.
- European Union: Mondial Relay pick-up point: €4. Home delivery with Colissimo: €12.
- United Kingdom: €29. Free for orders of €600 or more.
- United States: DHL Tracked: $25. Free for orders of $500 or more.
- Other international destinations (Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates): €29. Free for orders of €600 or more.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 working days before being shipped.
- France and European Union: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, with Mondial Relay or Colissimo.
- United States and other international destinations: delivery times depend on the destination and on customs processing.
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Important: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.
INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS & DUTIES
For the convenience of our patrons within the European Union (EU), all requisite taxes are encompassed within the final price of the order.
- For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. Nothing is due on delivery.
- For all other shipments outside the European Union, any eventual import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the client. These fees are collected by the dedicated courier service upon the final delivery of your piece.
